Argh I found a site that sells a White Mage Yuna for $90, free shipping, but it takes them 7 days to make and 3-5 to ship, so too late for me! It was $130 last time I checked so I didnt get it a week ago, but ARGH XD

So we did half of the jogging trail tonight, twice, cause there was a softball game going on.

And I didn't stop! :D :D

Also, we saw 2 kitties!! One was a "teen" kitty that looked JUST like our orange/white Bennikins, we almost got him to let us pet him! He'd get close enough to touch and then scamper away. Sooooo cute! And then a dark grey/black tabby came over and talked to us and let us pet him, and then orange kitty ran over and play-fought with him so then they both ran off, aw XD

Work is insane, I just got to a point today where I think I can finally manage the metric ASSLOAD of papers I have to deal with, and then someone comes and dumps another 7-inch tall stack in the inbox right before the end of the day. RAWR! Maybe by Friday things will be smoother. Its hard being the only person in charge of the files when theres like a 3-week backlog from the last person, dfhgiudbrig.

Hopefully my Rikku costume ships tomorrow! WANT!

So I forgot what prompted me to do this, but I've just been on youtube watching various AMV Hell videos....completely been laughing my ass off....Justin probably thinks I'm crazy, but holy crap omg I miss watching these in the huge con rooms at Acen!

Also, Tainted Donuts. He's too busy gaming to watch it with me now (even though I told him how EPIC IT IS) but hopefully I shall remember and we'll watch it tomorrow. Such good stuff :D )

I am DYING for a White Mage Rikku costume!!!! ARRRGGGG

I obviously don't have the time to make one (sadface) or make anything for that matter, before Halloween, and gosh dangit I want to wear something other than my ~~awesome~~ Rainbow Brite!

I've been searching amazon for "womens costumes" but theyre all kinda skanky or generic, so now Im trolling the cosplay.com marketplace to see if anything there is A) Cute B) In my price range ($60ish) and C) Will fit (aka not for twiggy asian girls).

But I have been dying for a White Mage Rikku for awhile now, and seeing as it is a little brisk here around Halloween (not cold, but I'd like something that I dont have to be indoors and wind-free to be comfortable in) that costume would be PERFECT!!!!

I found someone selling a Paine one....but....want Rikku's style ;____________;

Or Yuna's, definitely. Hers is a bit shorter but still SUPER CUTE OMG

So....anyone know anyone? I'd be perfectly happy renting, even! ITS JUST SO DARN CUTE and I need something to wear for half an hour of walking outside XD

Shoe Shopping: SUCCESSFUL!!!!!!

I spent 4 1/2 hours going around to all sorts of stores around town, and eventually came back with 2 pairs of low-heeled (cute mary jane-y low-heeled) brown shoes and a new super cute officey shirt. I found like 3 shirts I loved at JCP, but limited myself to one, figuring once I get a hold on my new job I can always go back for more!
Oh, and I never buy anything not on sale: The shoes were $9 and $17, and the shirt was $20, I had a $10 off coupon. YEAAH!

So excited. My shoes are all so CUTE! How the crap am I supposed to pick out a first day outfit?! AAH! XD

So I swear someone on my friends list was in the market for a kiln....I can't find the entry anywhere but today I hop on craigslist for Savannah and someone's selling a small kiln! So...never know what you're gonna find XD

Also, more advice needed! Since I suck at pricing things.

This lady wants me to sew some kids clothing for her, from patterns. Size 2-4, A line tops(dress) pants with flair bottoms. She'll provide all the fabric, notions, etc, I provide the sewing.

What should I charge? Per piece? Per hour (how many hours? They wont take me too too long I dont think...)?

I dont want to overcharge, but I always sell myself short.

What do you think?? <3

Well I'm off to bed to head to Iowa tomorrow! First a drive to Charleston (Mom thought it was 78 miles, not the 100-some it actually is, oh well!) then a skip to Atlanta (yay Atlanta airport!) then straight to Moline. Justin's first time ever flying, it'll be exciting showing him all the cool stuff!!

Wish us a safe, happy, and uneventful trip, and I can't wait to run around on our soft grass lawn tomorrow!! :D :D :D :D
